How long in advance should I make my reservation?
The earliest possible - to ensure availability. A Tour Manager will confirm your reservation within 24h
How many people might join my group?
We want you to feel comfortable. Six people per guide seems to be the best option to us
What is the recommended age?
In Barcelona the minimum age to drive a Segway is 16 years. We offer high-end electric bikes for minors to do the Segway Tour with the family
Can I give a Segway Tour as a present?
When you do the booking, choose the gift option and surprise the lucky person
In which languages is the tour available?
In up to 10 languages: English, German, French, Arabic, Russian, Dutch, Danish, Italian, Spanish
What do we do if it rains?
Most of the time weather is great in Barcelona. If it rains a lot we can wait, reschedule or even cancel if you wish
When do I pay the tour?
We do not ask for prepayments. Enjoy your Segway Tour - afterwards you may pay cash or by credit card
Can I rent Segway i2s without a guide?
We would like to rent out Segways in the near future. At the moment, the law does not allow us to do so
